Creative Forum is a Bangalore based Architecture & Design Studio, Specializing in Bamboo Wood Architecture. Creative Forum was established by Architect Parikshit Dalal and Mr. Prashanth Srinivas in 2024.
Creative Forum conceives and executes real-time opportunities to create Holistic built environments. We also have expertise in Engineered Bamboowood Architecture, currently building India’s first Institutional, Commercial and Hospitality projects in 100% Engineered Bamboowood.
Our practice
In the current scenario where Architecture and Urban Design seem to have been reduced to a play of abstract numbers, many a time catering to the lowest common denominator of aesthetic sensibilities. We seek to infuse into our built environments a sense of spatial richness, environmentally relevant design and sound construction techniques. The carrying forward of our indigenous tropical architecture in a modern and creative way is our design philosophy, backed by the significant experience we as a team bring to the field.
Parikshit Dalal
Principal Architect and Founding Partner - CF Design Studio LLP, Bangalore:
Parikshit Dalal completed his undergraduate studies from the Center for Environmental Planning and Technology(CEPT), Ahmedabad in 2000 and during his course was selected for the Students Exchange Study Programat R.M.I.T (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology), Melbourne, Australia in 1996. He worked briefly in Mumbai with O-Polis Architects before moving to Livingform Architects, Bangalore. In 2010-2011, he was consulting as a Senior Architect for Mott Mac Donald, Bangalore, on the Bangalore Metro underground station design. He was also a visiting faculty – Architecture Design at RV College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Prashanth Srinivas
Founding Partner - CF Design Studio LLP, Bangalore:
Prashanth Guru Srinivas is a first generation entrepreneur and has incubated new businesses in the spheres of Technology, IT and Real estate development. He has vast managerial and practical experience in running real time ventures. He pursues an academic interest in the field of law and economics.
Between 1996 & 2000.
Over the last 8 years, he serves as Core Committee Member - Methanol, a committee constituted by NITI Aayog to submit a comprehensive roadmap to adopt ‘Methanol Economy’ in India.
Since 2015, along with Architect Parikshit Dalal, co founded an international architectural studio in Bangalore - Creative Forum (CF Design Studio LLP). The studio promotes world class Architecture as a necessary ‘Capital and Input’ for business and is actively engaged in many places in the country establishing real time projects. Some of the marquee clients include Mr. Vikram Kirloskar, Mr. Brijesh Patel - IPL chairman, TVS Group, Jungle Lodges and Resorts, Karnataka State Cricket Association among others. The studio is currently master planning more than 10 million sqft of proposed projects in Bangalore alone. He and his partner Ar. Parikshit Dalal were committee members under NITI Aayog to evolve a countrywide policy for building standards in using Engineered Bamboowood as a mainstream construction material.
